I know what you mean, but it's unfortunately a fact of retail life that those happy will nearly always be silent, and those with a complaint will shout long, loudly and very often, entirely unreasonably, about it.
So .... if you allow complaints, you end up with a forum that paints you in a very bad, and often unfair, light. The old adage about the customer always being right was obviously written by someone that had never seen some if the customers I've seen, even while just standing in a store, as a customer myself.
Working in retail has always struck me as an often thankless task, with customers often ranging from sullen and surly to downright rude and obnoxious, and makss me glad I don't do it. And you can betob that surliness and obnoxiousness being magnified in a forum complaint.
If I ran a shop and a forum, I think my attitude would be that the forum isn't the place for complaints, so they'll be removed. And that's what Yoyotech did, and at least did it up-front.
