    if we assume skin cells make up about 90% household dust, and we go further by assuming the general make up of skin cells to be roughtly 50% fat then dust would be about 45% fat?...
    at a stab. of course this must vary hugely depending on where it has come from, relative humidity and other factors.
    my advice - don't eat dust.

    edit: monkey dust is prety amusing, if a bit sick sometimes!
