    Garlic affects the blood, which is why it causes people to "sweat" the smell. I love the taste and regularly take garlic capsules, there's definately no vampyric heritage in my family!

    By the way, Quorn is good for you, just as long as you cook it right. Have you ever noticed though that it is difficult to overcook?

    Quorn is an awesome food, i practically live off the stuff. Quorn sitr fry for the win! Or curry with Quorn being the chicken or turkey part.

    I eat quorn every day since im veggie and have never once felt breathless because of it so i dont know if its just for you or what, but it certainly doesnt do it to me

    I don't quite think that can be classed as allergy, if so I'm sure many of us suffer from the same affliction!
