I wonder if he/she grasps the irony of using the Internet to condemn it? It’s a baseless theory because the author says things like most of the stuff on the Internet is bad, but backs it up with no evidence. The only thing I can think of is maybe it’s meant to be ironic, because it is a good example a poorly thought out document on the Internet?
