Yes all the lies and terrible communications are all down to Parcel Force.

i know you should not wish for someone to be sacked but sorry, the people involved in this cockup deserves to be sacked.

They don't deserve to be working in a courier business.

    Unacceptable.

You can understand how angry i am. Im soo pissed that i will not order a single item from google until they give me the option to choose a different courier.

I think a lot of the time it depends on the driver. I used to work for a company that sent out and received computer equipment delivered by CityLink and their driver would often throw our stuff from one end of the van to the other right in front of us. Didn't seem to care that it could be broken!

I suspect it also depends on your attitude to people providing a service. Treating people who are doing a sometimes difficult or frustrating job with sympathy or understanding is likely to result in better service because human nature is like that. Treating people with a bad attitude is likely to result in the service commensurate with that attitude.

People would not treat them disrespectful had they not done such a bad job in the first place

Many people wouldn't, but have you seen the way some people treat checkout staff in supermarkets or waiters on cruise liners, etc.? Some people are just obnoxious, and have ugly personalities with no sense of common courtesy or decency.

In the same way cashiers at banks get treated as if they were the bankers that caused the financial collapse when they are actually just the minimum wage people who cash in cheques etc.

Royal Mail have always been brilliant for me. Friendly postie and if I miss him then I can just pick it up from the the depot down the road.
The other courier companies have been awful though. They either just leave a card and disappear even when I'm in, or they just never turn up when they're meant to
