Yeah thanks for that reminder TP, the AA was there and used by the occupant of the other vehicle, I was OK with road transport, albeit a tad bumpy !
I will probably try and do some fundraising when Im all back together again ... Hoping to visit the car today, prepare for pics !!

It's quite a disturbing reality check when that big sturdy-feeling metal box that surrounds you can be tortured and twisted like tinfoil in the blink of an eye. I mean, we all see the aftermath of accidents often enough, but experiencing it is still fairly bloody shocking.
Glad you came out if it in one piece (largely).

Hard to tell from those what is from the crash and what is from the fire brigade. I'm assuming most of the front end damage was crash damage though given air bags are deployed (near side front impact?) Passenger cell looks in good shape, hence you being home in 3 days, not much longer.
