    Yep great summer so far...

    I love the hot weather! Used to spending a lot of time in the tropics so man I've been happy!
    Lost over a 10kg in the last few months
    Got a lovely new girlfriend
    Got a new hobby (Rock climbing)
    Completed my 1st 10km Run, did London to Brighton Cycle and also did Tough Mudder
    Looks like my contract got extended so I'm not homeless...

    All in all its been a good past few months

    (actually no - enjoy the meat, don't eat the bread/rice.pasta with BBQ and you'll be fine)
