No complaints, so far. A few muggy days, but nothing too bad.
I've learned to ejoy the heat... it's quite literally a combo of mindset and physical planning
Mindset is to absorb the heat and relish it...
Physical is to drink more water and less tea/coffee.. human bodies are amazing at dealing with temperature IF given the chance to control it as they were evolved too do so. and it doesnt entirely involve sweating like a pervo....
I have worn a shirt AND tie every working day again this summer... and shorts at home when possible.

Not going on holiday this year, so making the most of the weather. Handy living 2 minutes from the beach
Love sunny weather.
Even cycled to work a few times.
Yes, it's been rather a good summer this year, although it's going far too quickly. Done a crap load on the bike, hills are getting better & faster. nearly nearly have a house and everyone's healthy. All good

The NHS is terrible and cost of private health care is extortionate. Life insurance is only £30 a month but my wife just won't give up on breathing, and my boy turns 2 next week and he doesn't even want lego!!
Sod this summer.
Oh, and I got married last month. Just end it now.

I'd do that too .... but I can't work out how to cope with the stairs.
This is, of course, where working from home, for yourself, really comes into it's own, especially when it involves shorts, an umbrella over the garden table, quiet background music, an iced drink and, erm ..... ummmm .... oh yeah, a laptop. Ain't life a grind.
Been great. Cooking outside in the wood oven, and just back from a weekend camping in Exmoor. Even been able to use the lightweight mesh jacket on my bike instead of heavy waterproof kit.
Only downsides are hideous road congestion to the coast and our office doesn't have aircon.
Its been pretty good, weather wise, so far. Been enjoying a few barbecues and such. The atmosphere here in Glasgow is brilliant right now with the Commonwealth Games although the place is packed and causing occasional havoc getting home on the train
Weatherwise for everyone its been blooming lovely.
For me however, I might as well be in the grasp of hell itself. Got a major psoriasis outbreak all over - and I mean all over including arms, pits, hands, feet and god knows what else.
My skins all red, splitting and bleeding and just looks angry and then comes along sweat into that mix.
Awesome thank you
