I've been awake for 36hrs!!

I'm sitting at about 40 just now, but I'l probably go to sleep in around 8 hours time. I get by fine on 4 hours sleep a night, provided I get a good 10-12 hour sleep on saturday (day). Works out pretty well, not feeling too bad right now, there is certain stages you go through when you feel drained and then on a high when you don't sleep, it's scientifically proven. Quite interesting stuff to read about actually.

Longest I've gone is about 60ish I think, although I've never actually tried staying up as long as I can for fun.

I've done 24 hours at work before without sleeping, with a 12 hour gap inbetween shifts

I can't remember my record for staying up, definately done over 24 hours though. I really find it hard to go to bed at a time that is even near reasonable.

I did my BSc disseration in a couple of days. Had to stay up doing it all night before the deadline and go in to hand it in without any sleep. I still graduated with a 2:1!

Now I'm going to bed at like 4-5am and although I can stay up all night once I get to bed I can't get up!

I can sleep for 12 hours easily if I let myself (no alarms etc)

I think 39 is my max, but, I'm ill so have an excuse/can go on the PC for most of that time

I've done that a few times to catch up with coursework. It's weird, because the day after it feels surreal, you can't think properly, and you aren't tired until you sit still.

I get 5 hrs a day general, tiz enough, but sometimes i just don't go to bed. There's just not enough hours in the day to acomplish all i want to sometimes. Hell I'll sleep plenty when i'm dead.
