3rd bad thing thats happened this week
Tell them about Distance selling regulations
tepo (14-10-2015)
Im planning too , but ironically my phone seems to be working now
Ermmm, no-one has the right to buy anything.
Every good company will ban you if your a plonker. Distance selling is there to protect the buyer, there is nothing in law to stop a business protecting themsevles from bad customers. Sounds like you are one.

Abaxas. Is right. DSR or not, they don't have to sell to you if they deem you to be an unprofitable buyer for them. Obviously we don't know the extent of the OP buying and returning habits.
Amazon bring it on themselves though, I'd suspect they don't want you because they keep paying for the returns.
DSR imposes the cost of returning on the buyer, it must cost Amazon a fortune if people keep buying items on free delivery and then returning them via courier.
At least I got out before the drones came in .
Frightening to think of the monopoly they have , if you want to talk ethics too how about their tax avoidance ,is it coincidence the same year they start paying corporation tax I get banned.. ?
we'll see ,but I wager I wont be the only one
Amazon may have decided after 13 years that you are too costly to keep as a customer, and worse yet, is flagged as being highly likely of abusing their service. Amazon isn't exactly the most profitable company around despite the scale they operate, so it isn't really surprising that they will take some steps to protect themselves from such customer. Not saying you are or aren't (I have no way of knowing) but I don't think that the decision of dropping a long time customer is one they'd take lightly.
Now that your phone works it is time to move on like Kalniel said. E-tailers are so plentiful that Amazon can hardly be accused of monopolising the e-tailing industry by a long shot in my opinion.
Never heard of that happening to anyone, so congratulations on your Banned from Amazon Achievement!
