    I'd seriously advise against messing with anyones car that is parked directly outside your house - that is if you value your house...

    No offence but in the grand scheme of pants parking that's fairly minor!

    it is if you like getting out of your drive , take note of the reg and phone local council/ police ( depending were you live )
    as it's now a fineable offence £100 to block your access to the highway

    tbh its only a foot path, and judgin by the overgrownedness (that is a word) of it I would guess the house is empty or thats not used much. I would have probably parked there cause im lazy.

    No, I live there, it seriously hampered access to and from the house, imagine if my mother was still wheelchair bound. Its overgrown as we are going to be ripping it all out for an off road parking area
