    lol

    And im back!

Merlin Cycles is excellent, the guys there were really helpfull! I didnt come back with my bike as they havent got the new '05 Malt-2 frames in yet, but it will be deliverd within two weeks I changed a few things on the build, namely the brakes to the Deore 556 hydraulic discs as they felt more responsive than the magura's, and i also got some Shimano 520 spd's

I do have images for what i did buy and come away with though....

    Giro Animas
    Diadora Geko MTB
    Diadora Geko MTB
    Troy Lee Designs XC Gloves

As soon as i get my bike ill post up pictures, sorry about the quality, my camera HATES indoor pictures!

    Craig

Ohh, and i must say, blackpool is an AMAZING night out! The Syndicate is MASSIVE, blows Goodgreef @ TallTreets and Promise @ Foundation away

EDIT: Also, does anyone know if there is a "special" way to lace up these shoes, underneeth the velcro are the lace's, dont know if its just normal or if its a different way, ill post a picture if anyone needs one Cheers!

no, just normal as you would any other shoe, just pull the velcro over the top of the laces to make sure they don't get caught in the cranks/front cogs and you'll be fine!

Well, acording to the Body Mass Index, that actually makes you underweight. Sit up's will pull your gut back in no time. There free (but not as fun)

bikemagic.com is good, loads of reviews there too. from nuts and bolts up to complete bikes.
singletrackworld is also pretty cool. also contains reviews and articles.
there are otheres run by magazines mbuk and what mtb but they're not quite as useful as the other two

I use Mtbr.com from time to time. They have reviews as well if i recall. I havent used them enough to be able to judge it a good place though, but it seems pretty decent.

btw if any of you guys race you may have seen a "burger van" with timelaps (in red) on the side. That's my old man's lap timing business. Say hello to Frank (FTW) next time you pass!!!!
