Overclockers uk = Terrible support

god damn this is terrible. i have been trying to contact ocuk for 2 weeks now by phone to rma a faulty dfi board. thats over 300 phonecalls. out of them i have got through to a ringing tone 6 times which after 10 mins of waiting have been cut off. Its safe to say ill never use them again after this episode.

But my main reason for this rant is to see if any1 has an email adress for the company?

it would be greatly appreciated thanx.

I've only ever had to rma one item to them and they sorted it pretty quickly, must've been lucky I suppose.

They dont answer emails (check the news on their site).
They are changing over telephone systems, so cant get phone calls.
So, you can either write to them, or visit them in person. Not a lot more you can do.

I dont think your alone in not being able to conact them , doing away with email as a method of contact seems like madness.

I haven't used them in years and never will again tbh. Use another store next time.
