Exclamation My Ebay Customer Service Petition -Please Sign If You Agree...

Guys, after talking to a lot of other sellers on Ebay I have created this petition with regards to Ebays consistently appalling customer service http://www.petitiononline.com/Ebay1980/petition.html Ive had enough of paying my fees yet when I have a complaint for Ebay or wish their communication, it is point-blank unanswered every time. Nearly all sellers also experience this.

So, if you're fed up with Ebays crappy customer service put your name down here.

I'm also going to try and get the Inquirer to get it on their site in the hope that they can create enough publicity about it to make Ebay respond and get their arse in gear. It just ain't good enough...

If you dont agree then please ignore and dont post to give me a hard time, im just trying to get as many as possible to sign the mutha, and I know there's a LOT of dissatisfied users out there...

I've only every brought 1 thing from ebay, and didn't have a problem, but if you'd like to do an ebuyer petition, I'll sign that .

whats wrong with ebuyer eh? better than PCW component centre. They took 1 month to do an RMA ofa defective motehrboard. Ebuyer 'rarely' take more than a week IMHO.

Exactly - that's what I mean. They've only got enotes not, and it takes days for them to do anything when you send them one. IMO, all online shops should have a phone number.

I don't buy on ebay very often. I buy about 10 things a year on ebay and I have never been burned. I think a good rule is just to pay attention to feedback and you will never have a problem.

lol funnily enough i've not had a problem with ebuyer, but as josh says this about Ebay.

Im going to get it on all of the forums I know then email it to the inquirer and see if I can get them to post it for a day or two.

Cant see it getting millions of signatures but a couple of hundred or more will make me happy. Cheers for the signatures.
