i sent something special delivery the other day, and they forgot to give me the tracking receipt - the next day i recieved it in the post with a note saying "sorry, forgot to give you this" - which was nice

i don't like the PO myself.. slow.. and don't give me the right change, but i never bother to check till i get home and it's too late

My latest Special Delivery was 10 mins late from the 12pm deliv
Gave me all my pennies back, with a smile!

I certainly do trust them more than some smaller couriers these days, especially after the introduction of special delivery.
