Phone, oyster card, wallet and keys.
You're also getting to the silly level, when you have so many choices of EDC for that particular day that you need dedicated storage for it all:

That site is also good for seeing some of the expensive, colour-matched varieties of EDC. Not so much for the Kitchen Sink carriers, though.
I was thinking about this very comment last night, actually. What liability did you mean?
I carry a small one for basic cuts and scrapes, but I'd likely only use it for me* and my family. Anyone who might sue me would just have to wait for the ambulance.
*Not actually for me, I guess because you know I am, of course, hard as nails and just Man my way through most injuries. If the blood loss and sucking hole in the chest is bad enough, I might concede to putting some duck tape on it!!

Obviously thee is a significant potential risk in approaching someone from whom you had to defend yourself a moment previously, but your intent in doing so is likely to be questioned. If you don't attempt to help, but potentially could have, then it's possible that a negative inference could also be taken from that. It's the perfect damned if you do, damned if you don't scenario. But also you haven't been stabbed to death. Which is nice.
So don't approach. Keep the FAK for personal use only.
Not really.
If you have a FAK, but aren't fully trained and qualified in its use (complete with malpractice insurance, I expect), then you're probably not considered able to help anyway and should not approach.
Ask for an ambulance, when you call the Police, and that's all you can do.

Yes they are, it is not just within 300ft radius that they work. They work further than that through crowd sourcing which is not always reliable I admit.
However, they also work both ways. As in you can use the tile to locate your phone. Either way, its one of those things you appreciate when you need it.
Hmm, caught my attention. I wonder if the battery can hold in cold (potentially very cold) temperature and if it can be hooked to a GoPro somehow.
Sometime ago my GoPro hit a branch while I was snowboarding between trees in the backcountry, and the mount broke dropping the GoPro along with it. Even though I noticed right away, it still look a whole hour of scouting the area at near -20C before I found it (very, very lucky as I was about to give up given that the wind was picking up, and I didn't want to stay in the BC on my own too late).
The GoPro does have the feature built in, but it relies on Wi-Fi which I tend to disable to save battery life (which doesn't last long in the cold in the first place).
keys, wallet phone and specs.
