yes they are. and you can get cheap memory sticks on ebay. I got a gig for around £60 from a guy called buzzlghtyrby over in the US, he's got loads of memory card-types on offer, CF, SD microdrives...loads!Originally Posted by Daymonkey

I like that panasonic LZ2 because it has the 6x zoom in such a small size. The only complaint i saw on dpreview is that it turns the lcd off while the flash is charging i dont know how annoying that really is. It takes nimh batteries which i like. a pity it doesnt have iso 800 and a 640 by 480 video. I expect in september that most will have 6x zoom.(lots of next gen digi cams get released in japan in september)
