    well i have told both of them to **** off
    SS and love film are both a waste of time,
    take 2 days to send 3 dvds - useless -
    gonna try blockbuster now

    no they recieve them and then it says awaiting allocation for 2 days

    Thats a bit odd, how full was your list? They do say if your list is less than 15 this can happen.

    I think anything more than 3 dvd's a week and you're getting a bargain. No complaints from me

    Been using Lovefilm for a month now and never had any problems, they always send out DVD's the same day and they get here the day after posting. Just make sure you got a good 30 or so films in your Q for them to allocate to you.

    Yeah, and i think ss have the option to have DVD's sent that are not on your list in case all the ones on your list are out.
