    Post overclockers? good or bad?

for the past few months i have been searching plenty of websites for a shuttle st20g5 (which i intend to buy at the end of next month)

the cheapest i have come across is overclockers.co.uk (bottom of page)

now, i have heard lots of bad things about overclockers.co.uk

[cutting to the chase] what im looking for here is for you guys too post your PERSONAL experiences with them

eg how good is their returns? customer service, im interested in anything
because if it comes down to it i would rather pay more at icubes or theglowlounge and get better service

additionally, if anyone can beat that price @ overclockers.co.uk, would you mind posting a link up? thanks

    thanks very much

    Pete

Everytime i deal with overclockers they're fine. I'm lucky. In fact, i made an order with them a few weeks ago and all parts turned up in perfect condition and working. I've dealt with their RMA system before and all was fine in that area as well as good communications. It's just a load of unlucky people i think

They sent me a graphics card which had obviously been returned. The card wasn't in the anti-static bag, which was empty.

They are awesome in my opinion, very very very VERY good quality, and great prices. The only thing i dislike is the delivery can be expensive. (But not bad, fast delivery, no damage, good packaging etc)

I also heard that they are absoulty AWFUL for RMA'ing but i can't comment as i have never had to RMA anything in the.... 10+ times i've ordered from them.
