are the posties in London having a larf?

They work for an employer that losing public money faster than we can pump it in and they refuse something like a 10% increase in their London weighting.

I'll tell you how much London weighting I get, about 2 hours if I'm lucky.

Are they just fiddling whilst Rome burns.

I know it's hard in London to afford to live, but we're all in te same boat. If they don't like being a postie they should go and work at McDonalds and see what a private company is like to work for. Mind you a this rate they'll be finding out sooner than later.

I suppose we should cheer the non-London posties for not striking!

I gave directions to two royal mail ladies today. They said they were management making deliveries to fill in for the strikers, and had incredibly posh accents! It reminded me of that 'Back to the floor' program on TV.
