    I bought a pair of shoes for work for £85. Tey're just starting to wear out now, but still servicabloe (just) after 3 and a bit years. That sort of quality I can live with paying for. If something has to last, like shoes or a computers.. things like that that you use everyday, then yeah, quality first. Food and things - fresh is usually cheaper anyway, and better for you. We've managed to get a weekly shop down to under £20, which leaves us a few quid to get quality meat from the butcher.

    who said cheap food was was bad for you? i just said i skimped pricewise. expensive cheese is no healthier than economy cheese, expensive meat is no better for you than cheap mince. waht you eat is important, not how much it costs

    besides, whatever you put in yer mouth, you still get crap out the other end

    quality, if its at the right price then I buy. if not then its clearly not worth the money.
    I also often like to know what I'm getting i.e. camera etc. where I've researched it as best I can, that way I can be sure the quality is good...then its a process of finding the best deal

    Cheap as chips normally, but it depends on the item.

    When so many consumer goods share the same circuitboards, chipsets, components and materials regardless of price, there is little need to pay a premium.

    Usually quality first, then I try and find the cheapest place or slightly downscale the model or whatever. The old saying "you get what you pay for" applies 99% of the time.

    Speaking of quality, that is the best quality example of Zak33 capitalisation and punctuation seen in a while.
    PHP Code:

    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    I've just watched an HDTV clip on a cheap korean 42" Plasma that our company buys for £850.

    Literally blown away. Amazing stuff.
