I met Richard a couple of times. Used come into our store in Leeds. Top man, really genunie down to earth guy. One of the last of his breed. TV is being dumbed down more and more these days with bland boring only-hired-because-your-fit self important idiots, like that Jane Middlemiss and all those muppets on E4 etc. I really hope Bill Oddie stays around on TV for longer too. We need characters like them.
