They've had the phone lines advertised for a few weeks.

Glad to see they have finally got their backlog sorted.

But I never had any delays other then enotes. Got my 9600XT RMAd and replaced within 5working days/

Got to say I'm not overally impressed, I've placed two orders with them. One years and years ago (which if I recall wasn’t a pleasant experience) and once recently due to their prices.

They've taken ages to anything, I placed the order on Thursday and only today have they actually started packing the order . The only thing they actually did right away was take my money, guess I won't be ordering from them again. Rather pay alittle more and get a quicker service.

    I love them.

In a manly non-moist kind of way.

No one has found them slow then? Most retailers with items in stock will dispatch the same day as an order is received as long as it's placed early enough.

They've messed me around a lot recently. As an inveterate cheapskate, I'll probably still buy from them though.
