I have a book, cd (with /all/ the theory questions & hazard perception clips - program is just the same as they use in the test centres) and a video..

Passed my theory a few months ago so I guess I don't need them at the moment
(but my flatmate will in a few months).

If you pay for the postage I don't mind sending them to you.

edit: I know where the CD is.. but I'd have to have a look for the book/video when I get home tonight.
edit edit: tuesday? .. I wouldn't be able to post it until tomorrow & central manchester post seems pretty slow so it probably wouldn't arrive until Monday :| - hopefully somebody else has them & can post them today for you

Good luck for your test, you can phone up warwickshire country council, they're giving away free copies of the highway code, they sent it to me the next day even tho i called after 1pm

The hazard perception thing is a joke. I had to do it when I did my bike theory. Just keep clicking the mouse at a steady pace.....they cant fail you for spotting too many hazards, only spamming the system

Btw - don't bother with the Highway Code. Supposedly all the answers you need to know are in there which isn't true. Get the book the DSA themselves publish, called 'This is all the questions we might ask you and we'll let you read them all in advance for a few quid' or 'Official Theory Test' as it may be more widely-known.

actually; it detects a steady repeated click and will give you zero for that clip..
also too many clicks in a row will cause a score of zero.

The reason i dont want to buy a book is cos they're changing the questions for the theory test at the end of september, so they will have all the new books out by now. Hence why i'm looking for 2nd hand ones just to borrow.

I'm sitting doing all the online tests i can find, but i'd still like to have a book too with all the info in it.

If there's anyone in the glasgow area it'd be even better, but failing that i'm prepared to pay recorded postage!

you cant get away with constand clicking, but it IS a pharce, cos you have to click when the hazard is happening rather than when you first detect the hazard. i.e if you see a cyclist coming up to some parked cars, and you know they have to over take them and pull out, you arent meant to click till the cyclist looks over their shoulder to pull out! which i think is stupid.

You can get away with clicking anything the has even the slightest potential to be a hazard though ie that binbag on the pavement may role in front of my car so give it a click. As long as you dont take the pee with the clicking it wont flag you up as a dirty cheat

The theory questions are relatively easy

Someone is in shock after an accident. Do you:
    A)Reassure them
    B)Give them a cigarette
C)Get them to hop on one leg

    Good luck

No, it detects repeated spamming, which isn't the same thing as repeated timely clicks. I should know, I passed it and had a rather long conversation with the tech guy about what a pointless system it was. There are so many hazards anyway that you're generally having to click a lot as it is.
