I wear glasses all the time, my eyesight significantly improves if I don't use the computer all day. But there's no chance of that, so meanwhile I'm just slowly killing my eyes.

Sport - cycling, shooting, fives, fitness suite - don't take off for any of those

anyone else notice a diffeence between LCD and CRT monitors with regards to eye sight?

A few years ago i did get sore eyes and head when sat in front of a PC all day. But i've been using laptops at work and at home for almost 3 years now and very rarely get tired with them. It could just be that i always used cheap (or not very expensive) monitors. dunno.

I am very near sighted, can't focus on anything farther away than about 10cm without my glasses.

anyone else notice a diffeence between LCD and CRT monitors with regards to eye sight?
Not me, I've always used good monitors and a 100Hz-120Hz desktop refresh rate.
