    I'm considering getting myself one of those ball things from ipoints - you apparently spin it up and it exerts a massive amount of pressure on your arms building up strength etc.

    Most importantly though, it has flashing blue LEDs and a digital readout...

    i got one of them, its cool, powerball...

    it is really hard to keep going, havent used mine in ages should get it out again tho, arms are turning to flab

    Just got one in the post today. Super fun, and my forearms are massively tired, only been playing with it for about half an hour. Definately get the digital display, youll want to play with your friends with it.

    Another idea; maybe Dave, Paul etc could do an offical Hexus workout video like those celebs do
