That is called a "gas fire".

Yes we did new replacements the little hooks inside them that keep the fire high have fallen off,Just need to find out where u can buy the ****ers tryed b&qonline

if its a cannon which you have not said. Here is a place that does spare parts. Now I'm taking this as a wild guess but its probably a burner brace, probably.

But best way is just ring them up tell them what make of fire it is whats broken etc.
