this comes up every year on a hardware list i'm on. There is a guy on the list that works for norad, every year he postes this. Every year it leads to a discussion on a) the effects of powerful radar and microwaves on reideer and b) the stargate which is/isn't real (apparently there is a janitors closet with a door sign saying the stargate inside the complex )
