Well thats my Xmas Shopping done for the year.

All sorted. I dont know why people say xmas is so stressful? Its only stressful if you make it stressful

10 Mins at Amazon and £130 odd later and all is well and done. Just gotta sit back in my chair, relax and wait for the postie to deliver

possibly while chopping lumber of some sort just to further add to my masculinity

rofl - I did that last year.

    Now woefully single!

(there's a moral there somewhere if you care to look for it!)

Anyway, this year I'm yet to start - got a few things via BOL for my parents, but that's it really. *cries*

Got my own prezzie in the post from amazon.... mmmm, Canon Digi Rebel XT 350D

Great - Amazon haven't bothered to dispatch yet. Does anyone on Hexus get orders from amazon on a saturday usually? It say 'estimated arrival date 9-10th december' perhaps it's talking december next year?

last year only took five months for my order to arrive (and I mean FIVE months - they withheld all the items until they were all available, even though we said 'dispatch each item when its ready') compensation for a ruined christmas? £5.

We only spent about £1,500 - this was amazons last chance :- (

Did this yesterday on last ordering date for Christmas. That's the £20 I got the other day gone! First year ever I've actually bought presents rather than got other people to get them!

Got mine all done on Monday. Went into town at 10.30, wasn't stressed at all, it was actually bordering on enjoyable. Glad I got it done though.

Doing that feels mean, especially when his Bro gets two prezzies,

Today's his Burpday he had a PSP and a copy of Metal Gear Acid, havent heard a peep from him since 8am this morning

    No! NO!

Loads of people I know who have birthdays at the end of december/start of january absolutely HATE that! Our son's birthday is on the 13th December, and we've sworn to never, EVER do that.

T'internet.. tis a wonderful place!.. I also got many presents off the web, with no stress of walking round cramped shops.. and also at a cut price!.. Very nice. More for your money is always better, it's unbelievable how much shops are trying to sell DVDs/CDs for compared to online retailers!.
