    Steve Ballmer... is mental.

    I know the first clip is a repost... that I posted myself about 6 months ago... but the second one is new AFAIK.

    Firstly... Steve dances like a monkey and screams.

    Then, a little later on, he gets very sweaty and chants "Developers" an awful lot.
