    I did ask for Standard parcels which he agreed to.

    Just had this reply:

    M8 listen i was'nt going to send it special delivery or recorded delivery as i did ask for £10.40 via my own courier.then you sent me email asking if i could send for £6 with £100 insurance thats impossible as it would of cost me i sent it standard parcel as you only give me £5 for delivery what option did i have as i was going to put my self out of pocket if you carnt agree with my terms.
    However I did give him £6 which he did agree to:

    Great spelling from the fella there. I suspect ebay's complaints procedure might be your best bet.

    It is his responsibilty to get it to you. If he agree's different terms and it then fails it is still his responsibilty.

    if ebay do not recover the money for you then got to you local Citizens advice bureau and the police. You should be able to claim it back through the small claims court.
