Pancake mix/batter mix - can i save it?

im absolutely dire at making pancakes, but as im deeply in love with them and as ive not had any this year, i decided to make some.

i always seem to stick em to the pan, and they never flip. always fold and i end up with 'batter mess'

    anyway...

ive made loads of mix, but not used it all. knowing it has egg in it, can i save it? fridge? itll only be till about 6 o clock.

Make sure you get the oil and pan really hot before putting your batter in, expect the first one to always come out crap, and when you want to flip it over use a pallet knife or a spatula will do

Good luck! your making me feel hungry now

you english people are strange, how can you have pancakes that dont have sugar in them? THATS THE WHOLE POINT OF PANCAKES!

but yes, a nice wrought iron gridle, get it really hot, wipe some butter over it with kitchen towel and plop on 4 blobs of mixture, turn with a pallet knife once loads of bubbles come to the surface, slather with butter& sugar, then eat. YUM!

crepes =/= pancakes, REALISE THIS PEOPLE!
