Now, I got an offer as you can see, but I declined, thinking that my cousin would think it would be too little, turns out that he only wants £45 for it

Is there anyway i can reconsider an offer?

Email the bidder back and explain the situation - but tell them to do it through eBay or they might walk, thinking it's a scam.
