    Lightbulb Dissertation's

Who else is currently writing a dissertation?

    How are you getting on?

I'm doing mine on the socio-political effects of the Internet. Great fun...

Bit stuck at the moment though...

my 45 mins project presentation was the best 45 mins of my life - i put some real effort into my programming and my report, what made it better was i was the only one in a group of 7 who had finished it all on time, and was fully working. I stood there for 45 mins and boasted

you dont get a first for no reason

as long as your grammar is correct and you dont stick apostrophes in where they arent needed you'll do just fine

my friends have all finished their dissertations and presentations already, so glad i didnt have to do that this year!

Advise that you don't put apostrophes before the s of any other things that you pluralise, then! (e: f,b)

No dissertation or project this year...12-21k word report + poster and presentation awaits me next year.

Remember to remind me next year when your struggling with that so I can sit back and remember this with a smile.

In my original degree I did my dissertation on 'The representations of 3D surfaces using B-splines'; wrote a 3D program to model objects using NURB surfaces. Did all the 3d programming myself matrices translation rotation projection. Lots of fun

Right now Im doing a dissertation titled 'Computation Fluid Dynamic analysis of forward swept wings' and Im finding out how backwards some of these commercial CFD packages really are.
