It only took ending them an e-mail every day this week.
And it was DHL that play slam dunk de funk with my base unit.
s.kramer@parcel2go.co.uk is the MD
Cheers. I must say in a month of ignoring me thye've lost any future business i might've given them, and that of at least one other person I know.
I'm not bitter, it's just if you have a complaints systme based on fax and e-mail and then don't reply swiftly what can you expect.
Wow I'm still waiting for any good response from them.
That's over 10 weeks I've been waiting...Grrrrr.
Has anyone actually got a quick result from these guys?
The problem with people like parcels2go is the reason they are a middlemen, I work for a major courier firm reknown for safe carraige of delicate items to like somthing stupid like 250 countries worldwide, but we use partners and they are carp, basically they get a small fee for collecting something and to be honest it ain;t thier direct business its affecting so they play baseball with your stuff with alarming regularity....
Parcels2go get a major discount from all the couriers they use, they charge you the average rate you would get if you went direct to the courier, DHL for example, except parcels2go take responsibility if something goes wrong. Problem is when you have to make a claim, if you are the courier firm a claims is lodged against then if you had dealt direct with them they would look at your claim first, because you went via a reseller you ain';t gonna be on top of the direct customer in getting a payout, its the old addage, protect your own....everyone does it, I personally would say avoid middlemen.

Please do not message me about Scan Free shipping, I no longer work for HEXUS.net
Just a quick word of warning, do NOT even consider Postvan.com - they lost a £1000 item of mine, now 11 months ago. Despite me paying extra for insurance and my lawyer contacting them they have completely refused me compensation because I didn't have a retail receipt for my item. I asked them several times to refund my costage posts too and they couldn't even do that.
I couldn't urge anyone strongly enough not to consider these guys.
Mmmm Parcels2go, PostVan or queuing at the post office on a Saturday....
Shagged any which way.
Even down the post office, the only thing affordable is Parcel Farce and you're not going to have much luck there either!
