That actually looks pretty unstable and badly designed; the centre of gravity looks way too high and if you were to try and ford a river in it or something it looks as though it would just fall over, or at least tip you out. It does look total badass though.

It looks like it's for ground use though... not water, hense the big tank like tracks .

Besides... there is handles to hold onto if things get rough, or you could just attach a seatbelt.... or two.

Depends on how much the tracks/base weighs tho doesn't it? If it's bottom heavy (which it must be or it would just fall over all the time) then you just need to be belted in

It does actually look like there is a seatbelt (Just looked at the pictures), although I'd want something more secure than a lap belt.

All that is missing is 2 ball-bearing mini-guns underneath each each "arm rest" to make it the ultra chair.
