Anyone heard of Aventi?

Just had a call from a guy working for a distributor called Aventi this morning - www.aventi.co.uk - asking if we wanted to set up a trade account with them. I've had a nosey through the site and had a look at their corporate info pages, and I'll be giving the necessary T&Cs to our finance dept to read through first, but I just wondered if anyone had heard of them and had any opinions about them, as I've never heard of them before.
