Planning a trip to Bath.. Mind giving some ideas?

A shameful thing to say really.. I've been based in the UK for a while, but I have never took the time and effort to visit Bath...

Planning a trip there with my Mrs. soon.. Are there any Bath locals here that'll mind giving some ideas on where to visit? and where's the nicest place to dine?

Is it worth having a night stay or 2? or just a Daytrip woudl suffice?

the Roman baths can be quite nice, but definately have a walk around Victoria park, a very nice place

If you get hayfever though i cant stress enough to get something for it, i was on the verge of death while i was in Bath teh other day

I've only ever been to Bath once but I'd recommend you visit "Shakeaway" sometime during the day if it's hot for one of their crazy milkshakes.
