Just a quick suggestion, but a WiFi point for people with laptops may be a good idea too as well as workstations, as then they can use their own computer which they will already be comfortable with.

The other thing is WiFi could mean some of your lappy customers could be outside when it's nice, giving you more space for cafe custom.

Or : do it for free on condition they buy something from the café even if it is a drink. Idea is to get them hooked.
