now on ITV7 - when stockcontrol goes bad!

it can happen to the best of companies - the problems occur when their stock control systems' auditing doesn't quite work, or the credit card company's fraud department starts playing silly buggers. it's up to the credit card company to identify flaws like this and notify either you or the supplier that there has been an error in payment.
one of the best ones I had recently was BarclayCard cancelling all my orders over christmas as I'd not used the card in some time - so they assumed it was card fraud. cancelled all but one cc payments and sent me a letter. didn't call. just sent a letter.
    fun.
at least HSBC and Natwest have the decency to call you.
