In most cases it's straight onto selling phones/mobiles/their great grans chickens/themselves - and then "bye bye"

On a slightly related note, I had an idea for a good forum feature to deal with trolls - if you get someone being generally abusive, you apply a feature to their account which means that only they see their posts, and no one else can see them, so they think they're being ignored and eventually go away bored
