Cripes, I don't even get a P900 for free on a £70/month tariff and I'm a T-mobile employee! Which 'product director' of Orange did you talk to? In our company there are many different product directors, depending on the branch of the company, ie retail, international, network services etc.

Get this Orange have told me that it would be with me today, 100% I confirmed this before the order was confirmed yesterday at mid-day.... now guess what I called them at 8am (since I hate waiting around for couriers ALL week, I am not going to waste my weekends on them) and they said, couriers that they use don't run on Sat/Sun.... I ask who do they use, they said Citylink, so I call citylink and citylink can't get to it until Monday - everything is held in metal cages locked away until Monday deliveries So, my phone is less than 10 miles away and I can't have it.

If Orange had said, not until Monday, I would accept it - but why does this company see the need to lie to me and mess me around? I don't mind people who can't do their job, I do mind incompetence - there is no need for it
