I had a closemate who had terrible odour, and I couldn't bring myself to tell him. My Mother on the other hand told him. Just walked up to him and demanded "Do you wash?" he stuttered back; "yyyyes" and the Mom said "then you have a glandular problem go to your doctors your smell is offensive and it'll affect you in later life."
