    Property Negotiators

Any property negotiator's on the forum, am just interested to know what is the job like day-to-day?

Is it essentially an estate agent but under a different job title in terms of duties?

I work for an estate agency group ( just not in a branch ) - The negs are the estate agents as it were.

Its a sales job at the end of the day , you've got to try and sell your services to people selling their house and to those who want to buy a house , not to mention all the extra functions that an agency does , such as conveyancing / mortgage services etc.
