well in my opinion you can and it's my topic so I make the rules.......50 cent is a mumbling fool, Meat Loaf is not. Going slightly off topic here, can anyone see the attraction of rap when all they sing about is capping some dude for dissing/disrespecting them, going on about their bling and money or just 'singing' about hoes? I know not all rap is like this, but most of what you hear in the charts and on the radio is. Having now said all of this i do like the Beastie Boys and Dizzie Rascal, so i'm not a rapper hater, I just hate the disrespecting, hoe bashing, bling-meisters ones

Oh, and it's "Meat Loaf" - not "Meatloaf".

As much as I dislike 50cent (well just hip-hop and rnb in general, although im sure he is good at what he does?) you cant really compare the likes of meat loaf and 50 cent as they are two completely different genres. I myself dislike meatloaf, possibly because its way before my time and more than likely because im into electronic music of all descriptions.

Well i dont know what you class as good and what you class as bad when it comes to rap, this is why i put a question mark next to "although im sure he is good?" I myself cant stand rap.
neither can I unless its the beastie boys.......Maybe I should change the poll to Meat Loaf and Steinman. I meant both of them when I put up the thread but it was late last night so i didnt read it properly. So the poll should really be about Meat Loaf and the music. Ops
