The guys who made bugmenot.com have made a new website called retailmenot.com.
You can enter a website, and it will search for user submitted coupons. For example, you could look up codes for hmv.co.uk, amazon.com, paypal.com, etc.
I've been looking for a site like this for a while, so it's about damn time!

Nice! I've always wanted an easy to use site like this for a while now too. I like the idea of the success rates, so at least I can tell if they've expired.

Every coupon site I have used is a nightmare of adverts and non working codes.
the ones posted in hexus shopping bargains etc is much more reliable.
