Had to nip into my local Asda today , only to find what i pressume was a "chav" walking in front of me , jogging suit ,matching top and bottoms, baseball cap, large gold chain on display, and what could be the latest fashion move ..one ,yes one trouser leg rolled up to the knee!! Anyone else seen this high fashion statement, or have i got the exclusive??

Yeh quite common, aswell as having one sleeve all the way up, or the top over one arm and normal on the other side (so the top is kinda wrapped around the shoulder on one side of the body).

It was mainly a black when it was in, but its a chav thing now I'd imagine.
I personally do not get the logic of walking with a trouser leg up or the trousers hanging low especially in this weather and considering I run A LOT in general.
