The plane takes off mainly because of all of the lift created by the hot air generated by the passangers arguing whether it would take off or not.

I was slowly converted into believing the plane would take off however there were some points in the question which I still feel were a little flawed.
I was right! no idea what this poll is for though.....

There is no thrust from the engines, so despite the wheels moving at takeoff speed (due to the conveyor belt) it cannot take off.
Plus the fact that the plane is stationary, meaning that it is breaking no wind, thus no wind/air is actually being drawn across the wings so no lift can be generated.
