    ooh ooh ooh! there's also block (www.bloc.ru) which i've heard good things about. It's a bit further from the station than Rufus so would mibbe be a better place to go after we've all arrived?

    Sit in botanic gardens or science centre sounds appealing to me.

    Cheaper options are always better especially if we are going out in t'evening.

    good plan

    I think I'll be meeting up with my cousin and co later on. If I'm staying there I'll also probably head back to change etc. but I'll work all that out nearer the time.

    right, science centre = extortion and not v.easy to get to
    cinema = not v.sociable
    art gallery/transport museum = doable but WILL be mobbed.
    erm, dunno... as steve said, glasgow isn't that amazing unless you're a tourist, and most of us live here :S and even the touristy things are pants heh.

    Kelvingrove = better than the botanics btw, it's far prettier, but we could only really do that if it's sunny (and warm!)

    as for later, there's a few decent places that do food all day and are open till 3am too, but we can discuss that on the day i guess. I have a pocket pages, and i'll assume that steve and his girlie will have one each too, so it might be possible to take advantage of their 241 offers?
