Help please! javascript :/ evil ! embeded content

I would like to un-embed a video from a website, which I see as a perfectly aceptable thing to do.

Embeded flash taking up 450x368 area of my screen is a complete waste and I dont understand why ALL web sites have started placing these restrictions on content.

And so I feel this must be unembeded for TEH FURTURES OF TEH INTERNETS!!!11... or something like that. Most sites with embeded content are badly protected, but why do they need to be?...

This site is a tricky one:
    http://www.downloadfestival.tv/mofo/watch/451/

There is no direct link in the source and it appears encripted, so Im not sure how to put it back together.

nope, first link is just the flash player, with no file.
Second link works in mpc but its still inside the flash wrapper and cant be resized, working exactly same as in website. Full screen button in the flash is disabled too.

Imagine what content protection will be like in a few years - a LOT worse than this. You wont even be able to play this on vista without a HDCP monitor and graphics card if adobe decide to implement it (which Im sure they have already finnished doing, just waiting for release...).

In the end i changed res to 640*480 where it only just managed to take half my screen up... but im sure somone knows a way to get the video stream using windows api or graphedit..?
